Carla Santamaria is a Miami-raised, Honduran-born immigrant and first generation professional. As a DEI strategist and consultant, she helps teams build equitable and inclusive workplaces that center intersectionality and promote employee wellness. As a career and mindset coach, she helps first gen professionals hone in on their unique skill set to reach their long-term career goals.
Carla is the producer and host of The First Gen Coach Podcast, a career and lifestyle podcast where first generation professionals learn how to rethink limiting cultural beliefs, up-level their mindset, advance in their careers, and build generational wealth.
