The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) provides leadership development programs and educational services to emerging Latino leaders and in over 40 years, CHCI has welcomed over 4,600 Latinos to our programs as they forged a brighter future for themselves, their communities, and the nation. In addition to developing talented, emerging Latino leaders through civic engagement and leadership development programs, including paid Congressional internships and fellowships, CHCI convenes dialogues between industry leaders, thought leaders, policymakers, Members of Congress and other influencers on various contemporary and emerging issues and developments affecting America and its Latino communities.
