Itzael is the son of two immigrant parents and was born in Phoenix Arizona, but currently resides in southwest Denver. As a student he has taken part in multiple internships to help learn more about his passions. Wether it was interning at the state Capitol or working with his schools network lawyer to develop training for staff. Taking part in the NextGen Latino leadership program allowed him to see more of the outside world, and gain skills that can be used developing as a professional. He would recommend this program to any student because it allows you to meet incredible people.
