Pablo Camargo Tang

Pablo Camargo Tang was born in Querétaro, México. Currently, he’s a senior at Lakeview High School and the Battle Creek Area Math and Science Center, in Battle Creek, Michigan. He plans to pursue a career in scientific research, more specifically, in physics or astrophysics. In addition to his career aspirations, Pablo is deeply passionate about improving his community by promoting systemic change through civic engagement and community service. He is involved and holds leadership positions in multiple extracurricular activities. CHCI’s NextGen program provided Pablo with the opportunity to learn more about networking, civic engagement, career skills, financial literacy, and political values. Additionally, it enabled him to visit the U.S. capital and meet other young Latino leaders, which exposed him to new yet powerful perspectives.
