Perla Fernandez

Perla Fernandez is a first generation American born and raised in New York City. She was the former president of her school’s National Honor society and current secretary of student council. She is very passionate about law and policies that affect her community; to cultivate these passions she was a routing intern at different NYC law firms and was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Laurence Busching. Thanks to the NextGen program, Perla feels inspired and determined to make changes in her community, and she hopes to continue to use her voice to advocate for herself and others.
