Rachel Gonzales is the daughter of two Mexican parents from Pflugerville, Texas. She is currently a student assistant coach of her schools volleyball team and is involved in many youth councils in her area. Her goals are to go to college and work on Capitol Hill. Thanks to the NextGen program, Rachel has improved on her leadership skills and made a network for herself full of important people, both young and old. She looks forward to using what she’s learned from this experience to serve her community and to jumpstart her future career.
