On campus, she has worked closely with the Associate Student Government (ASG) in multiple different positions. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of External Relations in the ASG cabinet, where she oversees the Razorback Action Group (RAG), the university’s lobbying organization. Stephanie has made it a goal to help cultivate a welcoming environment not only in ASG, but across campus for minoritized students.
As an Honors pre-law student at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Stephanie is pursuing a degree in Political Science and minoring in Legal Studies. Once she receives her Bachelor of Arts degree, Stephanie plans to continue her education at law school. Her career goal is to work at a law firm focusing on corporate law to help businesses succeed.
Through her time with the Congressional Internship Program, Stephanie hopes to strengthen her networking and time management skills, while also gaining research experience and elevating her event planning skills. She hopes to use this experience to return to her community and spread what she has learned.
