Valen Garcia is a Dallas, Texas resident near the North Dallas area. He is the Debate Team President and Speech Team Co-Founder/President for the 2023-2024 school year. He is also a Youth Leadership Consortium Scholar as well as a CHCI Scholar. He’s strong willed and passionate about two things: Thinking and Materializing his thoughts and dreams. He does a lot of this through his debate success in Texas. The NextGen program has allowed him to foster this materialization quicker than ever.
