CHCI Announces 15 New Advisory Council Members to kick off 2024
Washington D.C. – February 15, 2024 – The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) is pleased to announce the addition of 15 new members to its Advisory Council at the start of 2024. The CHCI Advisory Council includes Members of Congress and leaders at Fortune 500 companies and national nonprofit organizations representing an array of industries including the finance, tech, media, and labor sectors.
The new leaders join the existing Advisory Council members in supporting the CHCI mission of developing the next generation of Latino leaders® and addressing critical issues facing the Hispanic community and the nation. The Advisory Council supports CHCI with resources and expertise, helping to provide strategic input and guidance.

Their respective and collective contributions will enhance CHCI’s vital work in nurturing Latino leadership, expanding opportunities for the next generation, and fostering positive change throughout our communities,” said CHCI Chair, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13).

This cohort of leaders has a breadth of experience in the public and private sectors that will undoubtedly propel our mission to develop Latine leaders who will shape the future of our country,” stated Leo Muñoz, CHCI Board Vice Chair. Mr. Muñoz is the Executive Director of Federal Government Affairs at Comcast.
