Adriana Salazar is Vice President of Consumer and Community Banking Oversight & Control at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she leads operational risk oversight for product technology teams supporting 80 million customers and 40,000 bankers across nearly 5,000 North American branches. She develops and executes strategies that strengthen operational resilience, mitigate vulnerabilities, and elevate customer and employee experiences at scale.

Previously, Adriana was Senior Program Manager at HCL Technologies, where she supported the Fortune 100 financial institution USAA in managing offshore contact center operations in India and Mexico. She also led risk and compliance oversight for its Contact Center Technologies department, impacting more than 300 IT professionals serving over 13 million customers worldwide.

With over a decade in the healthcare sector, Adriana’s earlier career includes program oversight, contract administration, and policy analysis with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a graduate of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Public Policy Fellowship.

An active community leader, Adriana co-founded and served as the inaugural president of the CHCI San Antonio Alumni Chapter and helped revitalize her neighborhood association to strengthen community engagement. The proud daughter of working-class Mexican immigrants, she is committed to advancing equity, operational excellence, and community impact while cherishing time with her daughter.
