Adriana Salzar is Vice President of the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Oversight and Control for JP Morgan Chase & Co. In this capacity, Adriana oversees the operational strengths and vulnerabilities of product technology teams aimed to enhance the human experience to 80 million customers and 40k bankers in nearly 5k North American branches.  

Adriana is the former Senior Program Manager for HCL Technologies, one of India’s leading global IT Services companies. In this role, Adriana supported USAA with their Call Center Offshore Business Operations (in India and Mexico), and Risk & Compliance oversight for their Contact Center Technologies department impacting over 300 IT staff members serving over 13 million customers. Prior to her corporate banking experience, Adriana spent over 10 years in the healthcare industry.  

Her previous healthcare administration experience includes the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Adriana’s expertise ranged from program deliverables oversight, finance/budget appropriations, and policy analysis. She earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in political science from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is an alumna of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute graduate public policy fellowship, and currently serves as the president of its San Antonio chapter.  
 
Adriana is the proud daughter of working-class immigrants from Mexico. She is actively engaged in her Neighborhood Association. And, enjoys spending time with her daughter.
