Associate Manager, Congressional Internship Program

Arianna Felix is the Associate Manager of the Congressional Internship Program, where she is responsible for developing programming and providing support to interns during their time on Capitol Hill.
Arianna began her career as a preschool teacher, where she nurtured and taught some of the youngest members of our community. While teaching was a deeply rewarding experience, her passion for public service inspired her to pursue other opportunities. She went on to intern at the White House in the Office of Vice President Kamala Harris. Following her internship, Arianna joined the Vice President’s staff full-time in the Office of Correspondence, helping connect folks from across the country to the Vice President and the Biden-Harris Administration. She most recently served on the Vice President’s Outgoing Transition Office.
Arianna is from the sunny desert of Tucson, Arizona, and is a proud Mexican-American and first-generation college graduate. She earned a joint degree in Public Policy and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Franklin & Marshall College. Driven by a commitment to youth and young professional empowerment, Arianna is especially dedicated to uplifting the Latine community—a community that has given her so much. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at an animal shelter and playing flag football and volleyball.
