Ms. Quintana is the Director of Stakeholder Relations at Cima strategies where she leads API’s Energy Action Alliance (EAA) with strategic partners focused on workforce development and engagement with non-traditional allies in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to joining API, Ms. Quintana served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations at Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) where she managed key relationships with Fortune 500 corporate members to strengthen and advance HACR’s overall mission of bringing awareness to the Hispanic representation in Corporate America. In addition, Ms. Quintana previously served as Director of Corporate Relations at LULAC National Education Service Centers (LNESC), championing diversity and inclusion initiatives and focused on recruitment, retention and leadership development programming for underserved communities.
Ms. Quintana holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in political science and Latin American history and an executive masters of business administration degree from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, she studied abroad extensively in numerous countries including Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, Mexico and China where she developed a greater aptitude for global economy and international relations. Ms. Quintana has been a recipient of the 2019 President’s Award for Prospanica DC Chapter, 2017 Top 12 Finalist of Coors Light Lider of the Year and Top Ten Honoree of 2018 Mujeres de HACE Leaders for demonstrating leadership service, and commitment to the advancement of the Latino community throughout the years.
