Jury Medrano Jimenez

Jury is the Strategic Events Coordinator at CHCI, where she supports the planning, logistics, and execution of both small-scale and high-profile events. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation.

Prior to joining CHCI, Jury gained experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors through organizations including Voto Latino, Eastland Food Corporation, and the Export-Import Bank. With this experience, she combines her passion for data analysis and research with event planning to create meaningful and impactful experiences for attendees.

As a proud first-generation college graduate of Guatemalan and Salvadoran heritage, Jury is deeply committed to expanding access to higher education and increasing Latino representation in academic and professional spaces, particularly for underserved Latino students. Fun fact: Jury studied abroad in the United Arab Emirates, where she had the opportunity to visit Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
