Kenny Roberts 

Kenny Roberts is a Democratic political and policy strategist with nearly a decade of private and public sector experience. At Invariant, he advises clients on energy, trade, workforce, infrastructure, and diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. As a results-oriented leader with a track record of bringing people together to solve tough problems, his expertise and deep ties to Capitol Hill and the Administration bring long-term value for clients. Prior to Invariant, Kenny served as director of federal relations for the American Petroleum Institute (API), where he was the chief federal lobbyist for infrastructure, workforce, and labor issues. Before API, Roberts was a senior development manager at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, served as the director of corporate affairs at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and was a national advance team lead for Hillary for America. He is also a Senator Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and Congressman Pedro Pierluisi (D-PR) alum. Kenny completed a graduate program in energy management from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University and graduated from Washington & Jefferson College.
