Liz Lopez is a government affairs and public policy executive with more than 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, national trade associations, and nonprofit organizations on complex legislative, regulatory, political, and geopolitical issues. A trusted advisor to CEOs, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams, she translates emerging policy developments into enterprise strategies that mitigate risk, protect business operations, drive growth, and shape public policy outcomes.

Liz began her government relations career at leading bipartisan firms in Washington, D.C., where she advised major corporate clients on high-profile federal policy matters. She later served as Head of Government Affairs for the Opportunity Finance Network and as Vice President of Public Affairs for Constellation Brands, where she led federal advocacy and public policy strategies across trade, tax, and supply chain issues. Her expertise spans legislative strategy, coalition building, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional leadership at the intersection of business, law, and government.

A former Assistant District Attorney and legal counsel, Liz combines legal expertise with deep political acumen. She is widely respected for building bipartisan congressional relationships, working closely with federal agencies, and influential stakeholder organizations to advance strategic policy objectives.

Liz has been recognized as a Top Lobbyist by The Hill and the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics and has received honors from Latino Leaders magazine and the Hispanic Lobbyists Association for her leadership and contributions to the government affairs profession. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and the Hispanic Lobbyists Association.

Liz earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
