Jamie Odete Coss, a junior at Lyndon B. Johnson High School, excels academically and in leadership roles. Born to immigrant parents, she draws strength from their resilience. She is in the top 1% of her class and has earned AP Scholar and National Hispanic Scholar recognitions. Jamie leads as Drama Club President, Secretary of The HOWL, and captain of various University Interscholastic League teams. Passionate about law, she has advanced in debate, model congress, and extemporaneous speaking to regional and state levels. As a fellow of the Kazen Fellowship, she showcased her public speaking, research, and writing skills, along with her love for law. Jamie applied to CHCI NextGen to further her leadership skills and advocacy for her community. Her dedication to law and her accomplishments demonstrate her potential to make a significant impact, aspiring to become a lawyer and a catalyst for positive change.
