Lexi Hernandez is a first-generation college student with a lifelong ambition to become a lawyer, rooted in her passion for advocating on behalf of marginalized communities. Growing up as the youngest daughter in an immigrant household, she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by underserved populations, which ignited her drive to pursue law as a means to effect meaningful change. Lexi’s commitment to leadership and advocacy led her to participate in CHCI NextGen, where she continues to hone her skills and expand her network. Through her involvement, Lexi aims to leverage her experiences to empower others and contribute positively to her community’s advancement.
