Anastasía Ivanova was born in Miami, Florida, to a Venezuelan mother and a Ukrainian father. Growing up, Anastasía has always been a strong believer in the power of change through volunteer work, writing, and speech. She became a leader in these areas by taking up various positions, including President and Founder of her school’s Best Buddies International Chapter and Co-Chair of the Best Buddies Miami Student Advisory Board, where she advocates for the disabled community. Anastasía’s Venezuelan heritage has influenced her to reach for the stars in everything she does with grace and determination.
