Arely Reyes, the daughter of first generation Mexican-Americans, is a curious and kind student at Conrad Schools of Science. Arely is the president of the newly created Latino Student Union at her school with a goal to help her community to discover their potential and beauty. In the future, she envisions herself being a source of inspiration for other Latino students like her to find their path. Additionally, she sees herself creating positive change for the world within the profession she ends up doing. Thanks to CHCI NextGen, Arely learned of methods to lead change and find confidence within herself to be a leader for others.
