Freddy Soto is a proud first-generation Mexican American dedicated to serving others. He graduated from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication with minors in Public Policy and Justice Studies.

Freddy’s journey in public service began during his undergraduate years when he worked as a Policy Analyst for Arizona State University (ASU), advocating for the university’s federal priorities. After graduating in 2022, he continued his impactful work through ASU’s Office of Government & Community Engagement.

Currently, Freddy serves as the Public Affairs Analyst for Triadvocates, one of Arizona’s leading public affairs firms. In this role, Freddy delves into policy research, conducts thorough analysis, and contributes to strategic development. His connection to CHCI began as a Summer 2021 intern for Congressman Ruben Gallego. Now, as the President of CHCI’s Phoenix Alumni Chapter, Freddy is committed to fostering community through events that unite CHCI alumni and members of the Phoenix community.
