Growing up, Luis Martinez learned to be relentless and always work toward a better future. Thankfully Luis’ parents taught him to be that way and help guide him on his way to success. In that regard, he always liked participating in things that made him be a better leader. He loved participating in his church, whether it be a fundraiser or community gathering. He likes tennis and being a mentor to his teammates. Luis’ experience in CHCI NextGen has changed his perspective on what it means to truly be a great leader and really showed him what is possible when you put your all into it.
