Nicolas Soto, born in Phoenix, Arizona, is the oldest child of an immigrant father. At school Nicolas is apart of HTIN, a club designed to help those in need. Growing up in Arizona, he has seen how challenging life can be for others, so he is always looking for ways to help those who need it. Nicolas is also passionate about law and plans to pursue a career as a lawyer. Having the privilege to participate in CHCI NextGen, Nicolas has seen what it takes to be a leader and fight for the causes you are interested in. The friendships formed during the program have given him a new view on how Latino communities are impacted throughout the country.
