Director of Communications and Public Affairs
Fernando Mora is the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), where he leads the communications team in implementing integrated strategic communications plans to advance CHCI’s brand identity, broaden awareness of its programs and events, and increase visibility among key audiences.
Originally from Guatemala, he brings more than 12 years of experience in multimedia and marketing. Over the last five years, his focus has shifted to branding and digital media predominantly in the DMV’s nonprofit sector, working with national and international organizations.
