Kahyla Borges Santos

As the Associate Manager of Individual Giving & Corporate Relations at CHCI, Kahyla’s primary responsibilities include managing revenue and donor relations. Kahyla has a passion for equity and representation which drives her interest in fundraising for causes that pave the way for progressive change in the Latino community. In her previous position on the Val Demings for U.S. Senate campaign, Kahyla played a key role in the efforts to diversify and grow a donor base for a Senate campaign which generated historic levels of fundraising. 

Kahyla immigrated from Cuba to the United States in 2004. As a Cuban immigrant, politics and government have always been at the forefront of Kahyla’s life. Kahyla feels that the work of CHCI is critical because it provides a platform for young Latino leaders to thrive and make a positive impact in their communities. In her free time, Kahyla enjoys traveling, dancing, hiking, and cooking.
