Pamela Orozco is the Programs Outreach Manager at CHCI, where she leads strategic initiatives to engage students and educational institutions, empowering the next generation of Latino leaders. In her role, Pamela leverages her diverse expertise in project management, corporate operations, and nonprofit program management to increase access to CHCI’s transformative leadership programs.
Pamela’s dedication to empowering others extends beyond her professional work. She has served on the board of Latinas Leading Tomorrow, a local nonprofit committed to mentoring and inspiring young Latinas to achieve their full potential.
A native of the Washington, D.C., area, Pamela grew up in Northern Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Government Contracting, from George Mason University. Passionate about education and community development, she is committed to helping others access higher education and supporting future leaders as they work toward their goals.
