Rachel Mondragon
Rachel Mondragon currently serves as a Digital Director. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Rachel started her career on Capitol Hill as a Press Intern for Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia’s (D-TX) office and then went on to work for Congressman Rob Menendez (D-NJ). Prior to her work on Capitol Hill, Rachel was a Public Affairs Intern for SKDKnickerbocker, having worked with various non-profits and Fortune 500 companies to implement their communications strategies.
As a first-generation college graduate, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
and Sociology from Texas A&M University, with minors in History and Latino/Mexican-American Studies. While at Texas A&M, she was actively involved in organizations advocating for immigrant and civil rights and led the planning of the university’s Latino Graduation Ceremony in 2021 and 2022. In recognition of her dedication to enhancing student life and campus involvement, she was awarded Texas A&M’s Buck Weirus Spirit Award in 2022.
