Co-Director, Programming
Aracely Heredia (she/her/ella) is a Health Program Specialist at UnidosUS. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating, managing, and supporting almost 30 sub-awardees in implementing their COVID-19 vaccine equity efforts. Additionally, she planned and led sessions in the 2022 Latinx Health Equity Summit, the first annual CDC Convening, and the National COVID-19 Resiliency Network project at UnidosUS.
Aracely is an alum of CHCI’s 2021-2022 Public Policy Fellowship, where she served as the Social Equity Public Policy Fellow with the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee, Subcommittee on Health. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Whitworth University.
As a member of the CHCI-AA DC Metro Area Board, Aracely is looking forward to coordinating professional, social, and cultural events for the alumni community, and fostering and maintaining relationships with everyone.
