Kristy Delcid

Kristy Delcid is from Northern Virginia and grew up frequently visiting El Salvador with her family. As a first-generation student, her family instilled the dream of completing higher education for better opportunities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Government from the University of Virginia. 

She currently serves as a Personnel Security Officer. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Research Analyst contractor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She supported the needs of Federal Agencies who submitted vetting requests for the purpose of protecting the U.S. from foreign and domestic threats to national security. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, hike with her dog, and competitively try to read more books than her husband.
