Kelvin Bencosme

Kelvin Bencosme is a Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives. He has been on Capitol Hill for nearly three years serving in Member’s personal office and Committee capacity. Before his time on Capitol Hill, he attended Florida International University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. 

Born in Queens, New York, and raised in Miami, Florida, he is the son of Dominican American parents who instilled in him the values of responsibility and service—his father through a career in law enforcement and his mother as a dedicated small-business owner. During his free time off, he enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with familia and traveling.
