Monica Luna

Monica Luna currently serves as a Legislative Assistant. Prior to her current role, she gained valuable experience working for then-Rep. Spanberger (D-VA) where she started her Congressional career as a Staff Assistant and eventually Legislative Assistant, building a strong foundation in federal policy and constituent affairs.  

A Baylor University alumna originally from Dallas, Texas, Monica has demonstrated a deep commitment to community and representation — founding the university’s Latino Alumni Association. Her legislative work is driven by a particular passion for technology policy and its impact on everyday Americans. Outside the office, Monica enjoys reading, crocheting, and playing a good board game.
