Vice President, Communications & Government Relations
Audrey E. Lopez is an award-winning, bilingual, strategic communicator with years of experience in some of the nation’s most fast-paced press shops. Prior to joining CHCI as Vice President of Communications and Government Relations, she was the Director of Hispanic Media for the Biden-Harris White House.
At CHCI, Audrey manages a high-impact team of individuals in the communications, social media, and government affairs departments. The team creates campaigns that both tell the story and impact of CHCI and engage elected officials in the U.S. Congress, the White House, and local government.
Audrey’s career highlights include leading Hispanic media efforts for Senator Chuck Schumer, the Presidential Inaugural Committee, Voto Latino, and the 2020 Census. In those roles, she was able to use her long-standing relationships with reporters to secure press coverage in print, broadcast, radio, digital, and podcast to reach millions of Latino households across the country.
