Gabriela Arguello

As a Senior Manager, she contributes to the continued stewardship and expansion of CHCI’s donor program by developing benefit fulfillment strategies to maintain and grow long-term relationships with CHCI’s donors. In addition to managing donor accounts, Gabriela facilitates the Development team’s efficient operations and compelling communications.

Gabriela has extensive marketing and communications expertise, focusing on enhancing stakeholders’ experiences. As an entrepreneur, she has supported women across Latin America, offering them fair working conditions, training, and immigration advice. In her recent role as a business consultant for nonprofits in Washington, D.C., she worked on supporting marketing and communication processes to cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors and other stakeholders.

She strongly believes in the transformative power of education and is aware of the lack of opportunities that the Latino community faces. That’s why she feels honored and inspired to be part of an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Latino leaders.

Gabriela likes diverse music and learning about new genres. She is also a dog lover, and in her free time, she enjoys watching thrillers, comedy, or horror TV series.
