Human Resources Generalist
Norma Palma is currently a Human Resources Generalist at CHCI. She works with the Vice President of Human Resources, Yvette Maldonado, to recruit top talent for CHCI every day. Norma has been working in the field of talent acquisition as a corporate recruiter for over four years.
As a first-generation college graduate from a Latinx family, Norma has always felt strongly connected to her Latinx community. Joining CHCI has allowed her to be part of a mission-driven organization that she truly believes in, while being enthusiastic about creating opportunities for the Latinx community. In her free time, Norma is a dog mom with two beautiful puppies and enjoys traveling.
