Steven Dominguez

Steven is a Senior Accountant at CHCI, primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and internal control. Prior to CHCI, he was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte primarily delivering internal and Financial Statement Audit professional services. As a first gen. grad, I am excited to contribute my mutual experiences in uplifting the next generation of Latino leaders.

Steven graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a bachelor’s in accounting. Prior to arriving at CHCI, Steven spent a collegiate summer supporting ‘Dominican Day Parade Inc’ 501c3. In his role as direct support to the organization’s president, Steven served in donor management and logistics efforts for one of the largest and widely anticipated cultural events in New York City.  Steven was born and raised in New York to Mexican parents. As the eldest in his family, he strives to participate in the advancement of Latinos in his community.
