Tiffany, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, is CHCI’s full-time visual designer. She is the proud granddaughter of Rico Sotomayor, who established the first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Tucson, Arizona in 1989. Inspired by her grandfather’s work and dedication to supporting communities of color, Tiffany chose a career path that aligns with her values and passions. With over 10 years of experience in design and art direction, she has a keen eye for detail and diverse creativity. Her award-winning designs have played a major role in several high-profile social justice, political, and environmental campaigns.

Tiffany’s work has been released in multiple countries around the world. Before coming to CHCI, Tiffany worked at mission-driven organizations like Greenpeace USA, Equality AZ, Poder in Action, and Solidarity Strategies.
