Manager, Corporate Relations
Stephan is the Corporate Relations Manager at CHCI, where he focuses on cultivating and enhancing partnerships with corporate entities, foundations, and other key funders. Before joining CHCI, Stephan served as the Development Director at New England FIRST and has held various leadership positions in the nonprofit, economic development, and public affairs sectors.
With a robust background in development and relationship management, Stephan’s commitment to public service began with his involvement in AmeriCorps’ City Year national service program. He is a dedicated advocate for public service, civic engagement, and economic and workforce development.
Stephan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, writing, travelling, and engaging in civic activities. As a proud first-generation American with Colombian and Dominican roots, Stephan values his cultural heritage deeply.
